What slows you down
Choosing a stack for scale you do not have. Custom auth for a demo. Logo debates. Rewriting the same screen because a new AI image model dropped on Saturday morning.
A simple weekend shape
Friday: problem + risky assumption. Saturday: ugly prototype that demonstrates the job. Sunday: five users, notes, kill-or-continue decision.
Speed comes from constraints. Tools help only when they serve the question “does anyone care?” — not “does this look fundable in a screenshot?”
