What exactly is UX writing?

It is the crafting copy which is used in users' interfaces in order to direct them to the product itself and engage them in knowing the product. Moreover, UX writing has to be simple, clear and specific to meet the needs of a consumer and the company which advertises the product.

Basically, UX writing is a very effective way to create a relationship between a digital product and a customer. It is some kind of a tool supporting the UI (creating interfaces) design and engaging the customers to "feel" the digital product.

Crafting copy of UX writers is also called microcopy. As Alina writes "microcopy includes buttons and menu copy, error messages, security notes, terms and conditions, as well as any kind of instructions on product usage."

Why do we need UX writers?

1. Increasing role of copying in UI.

2. Copy element is a crucial element for UI and UX.

3. Microcopy influences user experience as much as navigation and information architecture.

4. It simply improves user experience on the website/app.
